Thank you so very much for handling the arrangements for both Mom and Dad's funerals. It was nice to know friends of the family were taking care of getting them ready for burial. I know they were treated with dignity, respect, and affection. That means alot to us. You both made it so much easier for us to make decisions. Thank you for sharing some of your memories of the folks. It was good to laugh and remember some of the silly as well as the nice things they did in their lifetime. I hope the dove release is going well. Many dof the people who were at mother's services have said how neat it was. It's a great addition. The passing of my grandfather (Russell Deck) was very difficult not only for myself but the entire family. He was absolutely without a doubt the most amazing, thoughtful, and generous man I've ever had the pleasure of knowing and he will be missed terribly. I would like to personally thank the entire staff of Ballard and Sons for a very memorable and tasteful service. With the heartache of loosing a loved one your services made it a little bit more bearable and myself and family greatly appreciate it. Every detail was absolutely perfect and memorable. Thank you again from not only myself but Rusty, Dusty, Mark and the entire Deck family.

I was pleased with Ballard Brothers. We worked mostly with Jon and he did a great job of helping us. This was such a sad time for all of us and I appreciated their kindness and caring.
